On August 1, 2019, the Registrant and Reprints Desk, Inc., the Registrant’s wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into an Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement with each of Peter Derycz, the Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer and President, Alan Urban, the Registrant’s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, Scott Ahlberg, the Registrant’s Chief Operations Officer, and Marc Nissan, the Registrant’s Chief Technology Officer, pursuant to which each officer’s annual base salary was increased to provide a cost of living increase of approximately 3%, and the portion of each officer’s annual base salary payable as severance in connection with the termination of such officer’s employment other than for Cause, by Death or by Disability (each as defined in the applicable Employment Agreement), was increased to 6 months.

The aforementioned Amendments to Executive Employment Agreement are attached hereto as Exhibits 10.1 through 10.4 and incorporated herein by reference.
