Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Equitrans Midstream Corporation (ETRN) today announced that Phillip D. Swisher, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of ETRN, will resign from ETRN for personal reasons, effective as of July 31, 2019.  Mr. Swisher will also resign as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of EQGP Services, LLC, the general partner of EQM Midstream Partners, LP, which is a subsidiary of ETRN, effective as of July 31, 2019.
