Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
  On May 22, 2008, effective immediately, Deborah A. Gargiulo tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Skins Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other business opportunities. Mark Klein, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will act as the Company’s principal financial and accounting officer until the Company hires a new Chief Financial Officer.
