The sole purpose of this filing is to delay the effectiveness of the Trust’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to its Registration Statement with respect to the Compass EMP Conservative Volatility Weighted Fund, Compass EMP Growth Volatility Weighted Fund and Compass EMP Balanced Volatility Weighted Fund until March 15, 2013.  Parts A, B and C of Registrant’s Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 under the Securities Act of 1933 and Amendment No. 4 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, filed on December 21, 2012, with respect to the Compass EMP Conservative Volatility Weighted Fund, Compass EMP Growth Volatility Weighted Fund and Compass EMP Balanced Volatility Weighted Fund are incorporated by reference herein.
