Item 8.01 Other Events


On May 28, 2010, the Honorable Bruce S. Jenkins, United States District Court Judge for the District of Utah, Central Division, executed and entered a Stipulated Final Judgment and Order for Permanent Injunction against Pacific WebWorks, Inc. and other parties in the case entitled Google, Inc. v. Pacific WebWorks, Inc., et al.  Google had initiated the lawsuit on December 7, 2009, alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition under state and federal law.  As result of this final judgment, Google’s causes of action against Pacific WebWorks were dismissed with prejudice.
