Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 15, 2023, StoneBridge Acquisition Sponsor LLC, the sponsor of StoneBridge Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”), deposited an aggregate of $60,649.23 into the Company’s trust account for its public shareholders. This deposit enables the Company to extend the date by which the Company has to complete its initial business combination from August 20, 2023, to September 20, 2023 (the “Extension”).
