On August 10, 2023, Cadrenal Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release that included financial information for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
