EMAIL SUBJECT: Crown LNG to Become Publicly Traded Company on NYSE

Dear Valued Customer,

As a client/partner to Crown LNG, we wanted to take a moment to let you know the exciting news that we just announced. Today marks a significant milestone for Crown LNG as we plan to become a public company in the U.S. with stock listed on NYSE through a business combination with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Catcha Investment Corp (NYSE American: CHAA).

We issued a news release a short while ago to officially announce our proposed combination with CHAA – please see the release here: Link to release. Reuters also covered the news this morning – please see the story linked here: Link to story.

Because CHAA is already publicly traded, Crown LNG will become a public company when the business combination is complete, trading on NYSE under the ticker symbol “CGBS.” We expect to complete the transaction in the fourth quarter of 2023.

We will continue to operate under the Crown LNG name and there will be no meaningful changes to the team or how we operate day to day. It is business as usual at Crown LNG. Our focus remains on developing, financing, owning and operating LNG terminals in locations exposed to harsh weather conditions. We believe that, once complete, this transaction will further strengthen our leadership position and our ability to provide value across the LNG value chain.

We believe that, once complete, this event will provide significant financial resources to help fund our accelerated growth and globally scale our business. As a public company, we believe that we will be ideally positioned to advance our mission to continue to secure stable energy supply to growth markets. We are all excited to kick off the next chapter in our journey to continue as a leader in quality and service as a value-based supplier to our customers.

We would also like to advise that given this news, there may be a heightened level of interest in information related to Crown LNG that would be used to form an opinion on our future performance. We respectfully ask that you please refrain from discussing the nature of our relationship, and any financial terms or financial results that you may have access to, with anyone outside of your organization.

Thank you for your partnership and continued support. We look forward to sharing updates as appropriate during this process.

If you have any questions, please contact your account manager, or us directly.

Sincerely,

Swapan Kataria, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jørn Husemoen, Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Gunnar Knutsen, President, Crown LNG AS
