Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 1, 2023, Sonendo, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing enhancements to its CleanFlow™ Procedure Instrument. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 1, 2023, the Company announced enhancements to its CleanFlow™ Procedure Instrument, which are designed to improve its applicability and effectiveness. The CleanFlow™ Procedure Instrument can now be used on anterior teeth (the teeth located at the front of the mouth), replacing the Company’s legacy APM (Anterior Pre-Molar) Procedure Instrument.
