On July 29, 2023, Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release to announce that it has received a complete response letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for LYMPHIR for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
