Other Events.

On July 19, 2023, Synaptogenix, Inc. issued a press release announcing its entry into an agreement with Cleveland Clinic to conduct a phase 1 trial of Bryostatin-1 in multiple sclerosis. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
