On July 10, 2023, Centessa Pharmaceuticals plc (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “Centessa Pharmaceuticals Announces Dosing of First Subject in Registrational PRESent-2 Study Evaluating SerpinPC for the Treatment of Hemophilia B without Inhibitors.” A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
