On July 10, 2023, HeadHunter Group PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of a Form 15F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with the intention of terminating the registration of the Company’s ordinary shares (the “Ordinary Shares”) and American Depositary Shares, each representing one Ordinary Share, and its reporting obligations under Sections 13(a) and Section 15(d) of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
