On May 10, 2023, BIMI International Medical Inc.(the “Company”) received formal notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC confirming that based on the May 4, 2023 filing of the Company’s Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2022, the Company has complied with the periodic filing requirement for The Nasdaq Stock Market under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1)Rule, and that the matter is now closed.
