On May 17, 2023, the Company held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), at which the following proposals were voted upon:

Proposal 1: Election of Lynn Crump-Caine, Wesley S. McDonald and Anna (Ania) M. Smith to the Company’s Board, each to serve for a three-year term until the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2026.
