ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2016 RESULTS Revenues increase 24% over prior year period driven by strong same-facility revenue growth of 15% NASHVILLE, Tenn., August 10, 2016 - The press release issued by Surgery Partners, Inc. on August 9, 2016, contained a typographical error in the calculation of adjusted net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The Company’s adjusted net income for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 and was $7.7 million and $12.6 million, respectively, instead of $7.5 million and $12.5 million as initially reported. No other numbers were impacted by this change." |
