Hyatt Selects Dell Services for Innovative Technology Solutions

  • Dell Services to provide IT services and support for Hyatt’s corporate locations and North American properties
  • Services include Service Desk Support, Corporate Support Services, Network and Server Support Services, Asset and Inventory Management Services and Project Services

PLANO, Texas--()--Dell Services announced today that it has signed a new five-year contract with Hyatt Corporation, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, for comprehensive IT services and solutions. Under this agreement, Dell Services will provide flexible IT services and support for Hyatt.

Dell Services will provide Hyatt with a single point of contact for end-user support and incident management with multi-channel access and sophisticated logging and tracking of all IT incidents and contacts.

Through this relationship with Dell, Hyatt will be able to deliver the highest quality of support services and innovation, enabling flexibility for future growth.

Utilizing Dell’s asset and inventory management, security, and project services will help to optimize Hyatt’s core business capabilities by improving processes and assuring quality.

Additionally, Dell’s network and server support services will enable Hyatt to experience greater agility by sharing information and offering real-time data to proactively manage their business.
