TFF Pharmaceuticals Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

FORT WORTH, Texas, August 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: TFFP) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative drug products based on its patented Thin Film Freezing (TFF) technology platform, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock in the underwritten public offering are to be sold by the Company. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
