Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On September 21, 2022, Cushman & Wakefield plc (the “Company”) held a general meeting of shareholders (the “General Meeting”) to vote on a proposal to approve the repurchase authorization, form of share repurchase contracts and repurchase counterparties in connection with the Company’s $300 million share repurchase program. A total of 220,047,661 shares, or 97.51% of the total shares entitled to vote, were represented at the General Meeting in person, virtually or by proxy. While the share repurchase proposal was approved by shareholders, the decision to repurchase shares remains at the Company’s discretion. The final voting results for the proposal are as follows:
