On August 22, 2022, The Greenrose Holding Company Inc. ("Greenrose" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and announcing that the Company would host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
