Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 22, 2021, Michael R. Boblit submitted his resignation as Vice President, Corporate Lending Services for Ministry Partners Investment Company, LLC (the “Company”), effective as of November 5, 2021. Mr. Boblit served in his role since January 3, 2020. Mr. Boblit is leaving the Company to pursue a new career opportunity. The Company’s Managers and Executive staff thank Mr. Boblit for his time with the Company and wish him much success in his future endeavor. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
