Other Events

On December 28, 2020, Glory Star New Media Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of its 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was held on December 26, 2020, in Beijing, China. At the 2020 Annual General Meeting, shareholders: (1) re-elected Messrs. Ming Shu Leung and Jia Lu as Class I directors of the Company until the 2022 annual general meeting of the Company or until their respective successors are duly appointed and qualified, and (2) ratified the re-appointment of Friedman LLP as independent registered public accounting firm of the Company for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.
