On November 3, 2020, Innospec Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2020 (the “Press Release”).

The Press Release also announced that on November 2, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.52 per share on the Company’s common stock (IOSP). The dividend will be paid on November 25, 2020 to holders of record on November 17, 2020.
