Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 26, 2020, Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2019 and made available certain supplemental information concerning the portfolio and operation of the Company. Copies of the press release and the supplemental information are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
