On April 19, 2023, Aterian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated ranges for certain unaudited financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
