Resignation of Mr. Santo Salvo as Executive Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer
On April 3, 2023, John Santo Salvo notified Sunnova Energy International, Inc. (the "Company") that he was resigning from his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer of the Company effective April 17, 2023.
