On March 31, 2023, Coastal Financial Corporation, the bank holding company for Coastal Community Bank (the "Bank"), announced that John Dickson has retired from his role as Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, effective March 31, 2023. Mr. Dickson will continue part-time with the Bank in an advisory role for a period of time to ensure a smooth transition.
