Passage Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (“FDIC”) has been appointed as receiver of Silicon Valley Bank. The Company does not hold any cash deposits or securities with Silicon Valley Bank, and does not otherwise have a business relationship with Silicon Valley Bank.
