Item 8.01

Other Events.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EUDA Health Holdings Limited (the “Company”) on February 23, 2023, the Board appointed Mr. Leonard Chia to the Audit Committee, the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee, and the Compensation Committee of the Board. Further, the Board appointed Mr. David Capes as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Both Mr. Chia and Mr. Capes have accepted these appointments.

As a result, the composition of the Board committees are as follows:

	●	The Audit Committee consists of David Capes (Chairman), Gerald Lim, Alfred Lim, and Leonard Chia.
	●	The Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee consists of David Capes (Chairman), Gerald Lim, Alfred Lim, and Leonard Chia.
	●	The Compensation Committee consists of Alfred Lim (Chairman), David Capes, and Leonard Chia.
