Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On January 5, 2023, Acadia Realty Trust (the “Company”) issued a press release which, among other things, updated the Company’s annual 2022 guidance of net earnings (loss), NAREIT Funds from Operations and FFO Before Special Items attributable to Common Shareholders and Common OP Unit holders. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
