On December 12, 2022, Matthew Garrity advised that he will resign as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Premier Financial Corp. and Premier Bank (collectively, the “Company”) effective December 31, 2022 to pursue a financial institution leadership opportunity outside of the geographic region. The Company thanks Mr. Garrity for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
