Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 10, 2022, Shawn Nelson advised the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Mobile Infrastructure Corporation (the “Corporation”), a Maryland corporation, that he would resign as a director of the Board, effective on December 31, 2022. Mr. Nelson’s resignation was due to personal and professional reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with the Corporation, the Board, or management on any matter relating to its operations, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
