On November 8, 2022, Bicycle Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing clinical updates from the Phase I dose escalation portion of the Phase I/II trial of BT8009 in patients with solid tumors expressing Nectin-4. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
