Item 5.02    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

IQVIA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) announced today the resignation of Ronald A. Rittenmeyer, a member of the board of directors (the “Board”) and chairman of the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee (“LDCC”) of the Company, due to personal health reasons effective as of October 2, 2022. Mr. Rittenmeyer’s resignation was a personal decision and was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
