Regulation FD Disclosure

In recent weeks, an activist investor has made certain public statements questioning Kaleyra, Inc.’s (the “Company”) compliance with the regulations and other laws administered by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”). Earlier this year, the Company conducted, together with outside counsel, a review of the Company’s compliance with CFIUS’s regulations. Accordingly, the Company remains confident that it has complied with all laws administered by CFIUS.
