Immersion Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on May 23, 2022. At the Annual Meeting, the following proposals were adopted as follows:

1. Election of five (5) Directors: Eric Singer, William Martin, Sumit Agarwal, Frederick Wasch and Elias Nader, to serve until the annual meeting of stockholders in 2023, and until their successors are duly elected and qualified:
