On June 21, 2022, MediXall Group, Inc. issued a letter to its shareholders written by Noel J. Guillama-Alvarez, as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors and Interim CEO of MediXall Group, Inc. A copy of the letter is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
