Exterran Corporation (together with its subsidiaries, "Exterran Corporation," the "Company," "our," "we" or "us"), a Delaware corporation formed in March 2015, is a global sustainable systems and process company offering solutions in the oil, gas, water and power markets. We operate in three primary business lines: contract operations, aftermarket services and product sales. As part of our business, we manufacture products for which gold, tantalum, tin and/or tungsten (collectively, “3TG materials”) are necessary to the functionality or production of our products. We are required to comply with Rule 13p-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as implemented through SEC Specialized Disclosure Report on Form SD (“Rule 13p-1”).
