Item 1.02

Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On May 19, 2022, Laird Superfood, Inc. (the “Company”) and East Asset Management, LLC terminated that certain loan agreement between the parties dated August 10, 2017. The loan agreement, under which the Company had access to revolving lines of credit, was previously scheduled to mature on August 10, 2022. No amounts were outstanding under the loan agreement. The Company did not incur any penalties as a result of the early termination of the loan agreement.
