Sentinel Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “Form 10-Q”) for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 within the prescribed time period for such filing without unreasonable effort or expense due to an administrative delay that the Company experienced in finalizing the Form 10-Q for filing. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the original prescribed due date.
