Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 16, 2022, Harbor Custom Development, Inc. announced that on May 10, 2022, its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $5 million worth of its shares of common stock, warrants to purchase shares of common stock, and shares of preferred stock over the next 12 months. A copy of the press release announcing the stock repurchase plan is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
