Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 4, 2022 the Board of Directors granted Thaddeus G. Weed, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, an award of 10,000 shares of restricted stock. The stock has voting rights.  The grant will vest in full on May 4, 2023.
