On April 26, 2022, CONSOL Energy Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The final voting results on the matters considered by the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting are provided below.

Sophie Bergeron, James A. Brock, John T. Mills, William P. Powell, Joseph P. Platt and Edwin S. Roberson were elected as directors, each for a one-year term expiring at the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders by the following votes:
