On March 21, 2022, Jonathan C. Roberts, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CVS Health Corporation (“CVS Health”), informed CVS Health that he intends to retire from CVS Health in June 2022. At this time, CVS Health does not intend to appoint a new Chief Operating Officer.
