On March 15, 2022, Luther Burbank Corporation, a California corporation (the “Company”), received notice from Liana Prieto, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel, of her resignation from all employment positions with the Company and Luther Burbank Savings (the “Bank”). Ms. Prieto will continue to provide services to the Company and the Bank through a transition period currently anticipated to end May 6, 2022.
