Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 9, 2022, Oscar Health, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate at the Cowen 42nd Annual Health Care Conference (the “Conference”) through a virtual webcast. At the Conference, the Company will reconfirm its full year 2022 guidance as issued in its 2021 financial results press release dated February 10, 2022. The Company expects to present at approximately 9:50 AM ET through a virtual webcast. Instructions for accessing the webcast were previously provided by a news wire release on March 4, 2022 and can be found on the investor relations page of the Company’s website (ir.hioscar.com).
