Other Events.

On February 15, 2022, Celularity Inc. issued a press release announcing the receipt of Orphan Drug Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, for its natural killer cell therapy, CYNK-101, in development for the first-line treatment of advanced HER2/neu positive gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers.

A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
