Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

In connection with the previously announced transaction support agreement (the “TSA”) between Diamond Sports Group, LLC (“DSG”), Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (“Sinclair” or the “Company”), and certain holders of indebtedness of DSG, the Requisite Consenting Creditors have provided DSG with consent to an extension of the deadline for the commencement of the solicitation of the applicable consents with respect to the exchange of (i) the Term Loans under the Existing Credit Agreement for new loans under the Second Lien Credit Agreement and (ii) the 5.375% Secured Notes and the 12.75% Secured Notes into the Second Lien Indenture from February 8, 2022 to February 11, 2022 as the parties to the TSA continue to finalize documentation relating to the Transaction. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the TSA.
