Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 30, 2021, Panacea Life Sciences Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) closed on the private placement transaction previously disclosed on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 24, 2021, and received a wire transfer of $1,000,000.
