H. Malcolm Stewart has notified Camden Property Trust (the “Company”) he is retiring as President and Chief Operating Officer effective as of December 31, 2021. On October 28, 2021, the Board of Trust Managers of the Company appointed D. Keith Oden, currently the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board, as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board and President, and Laurie A. Baker, currently the Executive Vice President-Operations, as Executive Vice President-Chief Operating Officer, each effective as of December 31, 2021.
